Talking to men (or not)
If words are not enough maybe men should create a sign language for women.
I have tons of things to do. I have a paper to finish, a plan to prepare, a note to copy, a content to upload, oh and a missed work day since I have to do all these things. But what have I been doing so far? Checking out my friend's week over a long phone call, drinking 7 cups of coffee, enjoying the sun cause why not? , watching beautifully made movies and ofcourse writing some articles to wrap up the day. I have so many things to spend my day on just not the typical works and responsibilities.
Among my pleasantly unplanned distraction lists of the day I ended up watching 'How to lose a guy in 10 days' which got me thinking how complicated communication can be with men. Trust me I don't care about losing a guy in matter of days cause who can have them in the first place? Is it only me or do every women or atleast many women out there have a trouble working and living with men? With out any drama or exaggeration those creatures need some sort of divine intervention. Either I am consistently in the wrong crowd or else they are emotionally and socially stunted beings who constantly need a gentle pat on their ego. Can you talk to them normally and communicate with them? I can't. I thought I could communicate with even a stone but suprise I can't do it with male beings.
Who taught you all these? Smile while talking to them, it is cause you like them. Talk nicely and softly, you are probably flirting with them. Have the serious tone, you are being bossy. Give them a cold face, you are being socially awkward. Keep asking questions, you are threatening their control over things. Call them out for who they really are, you are going to be that girl who thinks highly of herself and I don't even know how that adds up. Do we ,women, have to face all these allegations just to survive this world? So you see, you don't need days to lose a guy. Minutes sometimes even seconds are enough to create that 'here comes again' scenario.
They claim that they are simpler than most women. Yet I believe they have a different dictionary than the world. I am sure simple would be a synonym for shallow, superficial in their version. And I won't bother adding #notallmen in this cause I'm slightly inclined to believe the opposite. Some of them make the argument how most women tend to mature way before them. But if you are aware about your short comings shouldn't you work harder to improve that? How can a brian carrier be okay with a major flaw? I understand how the society structure gave them the full throne to be reckless and dumb, but last time I checked God gave them fully functional brain cells right? So I am obligated to say this.
Dear men, as a representative of women, can you help make life simpler for us? Can we please communicate more clearly and work together without all the confusion? Yours ....thank you. And now back to avoiding my actual tasks of the day.
